The Location was perfect, only a short walk to Beautiful Queens Park, and lovely cafe’s! You can also walk to the CBD for some shopping if you would like some extra exercise! The rooms were also spacious enough, and yet still cosy. The Staff were very friendly and lovely and I was also able to check in an hour and a half early as the room was done, and that was very appreciated at the time. Car parking was also easy and accommodated my very tall vehicle, so was extra happy with that being able to have the car right outside the room.

Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and there was reverse cycle aircon for heating. This property is opposite Toowoomba Grammar, about 5-10 mins walk to St Vincent’s private hospital, specialists rooms in Scott St and the Surgicentre. It is a few minutes walk from various specialist rooms located on the east end of Margaret St - so very well located for anyone having a medical visit to this side of town. The office staff member was very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here so we could attend the Carnival of Flowers. I stayed here with my Mum and two small children, and the room was such a good size; it didn't feel cramped with all of us in there. Fantastic location, friendly staff with a very quick check-in/check-out process. Would stay here again.

Location is great for this stay. Close to St Vincent's Private Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar, Queens Park and city centre. Room is ok and bed comfortable. Linen was clean, staff friendly. Undercover parking at front door was handy. If you're looking for basic, well priced accommodation, this is it. We didn't use the pool, so can't really comment on that, but it looked clean.

There were two separate rooms with a sliding door separating them which was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location of the property was very convenient for being able to get to everywhere we wanted to get to. Great size rooms made the stay very comfortable. Staff were lovely.
